If your search is based on price alone, I thought I would save us both some time so you don't have to call to find out that the lady down the street charges less than I do.  After all, if fees are the only consideration involved, we probably won't be a good fit to form a long term partnership anyways.

Tax Preparation: 

Individual Tax Prep - Our basic fee for tax preparation starts at $150.  Many returns fall in the $200 - $400 range depending on complexity, length, and skill involved.  If you'd like a more accurate estimate, please call so we call review your situation.

Business Tax Prep - Our tax prep services for businesses (1120, 1120S, or 1065) start at $600.  Many returns fall within the $600 - $2,500 range.  Again, the fee is dependent on many variables that are different with each client.

Bookkeeping:

Bookkeeping fees will very with the complexity of each client, but our base fee begins at $150/month. 

Payroll:

Payroll services include direct deposit, tax filings, W-2s and 1099 preparation.  For the complete outsourced function, fees begin at $40/month. 

Consulting:

Start-Up Package - We want to help those in soon-to-be business owners get started on the right foot.  For an initial one hour meeting, we will review the following:

• Tax planning and tax ramifications with each business entity.
• Break even analysis and profitability planning.
• Employee issues - 1099 vs contractor.
• Financial budgeting and cash flow planning.
• Recap of all info discussed in hard copy to take for review.

Fee = $100
